I just love to create these :) 

 this one is all pink's and cream's

for a swap with a crafting friend in Australia

 

I first covered both CD's with a pretty paper from Kaisercraft

 then added laces and bead dangle trim.

 

 

off I went adding embellishments

 from Tea Dyed cheese cloth, Die Cuts, Seam Binding bows, Pearl Trims

Flowers and sprays.
I've added a wee photo frame for a picture to be added!

 

 

A lovely sentiment from Imagine if 

Then a mixture of wee flowers and stickles to give "Sparkle"

 

 

Boot mini album

Hi everyone :) this is my second DT project for Imagine if

 

 

Ok I know I had to use the Kaisercraft Violet Crush its just so beautiful and I love butterflies!

 

The boot is another awesome laser cut design from Imagineif

I traced and cut out a few more to create pages for my mini and covered each one with the gorgeous papers.

The boot is dimensional so is very thick...Perfect for the cover! I punched holes and laced with a ribbon. I just love Tim Holtz distress inks and have used on all the edges!

I've covered the heel of the boots with a black lace for texture.

Working on all the layouts and embellishments page by page using the Violet Crush paper collection, leaf trims, butterflies!

The sentiment "Happy thoughts and butterflies" from Imagine if

I have used a Filigree  butterfly from Imagineif, added purple stickles then a metal butterfly on top for some dimension.

I used some leafy flourishes cut to fit throughout!

 

 

Baroque Mini Album

What a fun project this was!

I cut out the Tim Holtz Baroque design from cardboard(recycled) for the front and back covers and a thinner card for the pages then covered with a paper collection called Le Crème' just gorjuss!

 

 

I used sentiments and felt butterflies/flowers from Imagine If

A mixture of paper flowers,seam binding and pearl trim to embellish each page.

 

 

 

Finally I have added a dangle with items gifted to me by a few of my lovely friends...

Glam shoe layout

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog for all the new crafters

For my first design project I chose a layout.

The 12x12 paper is Kaisercraft Violet Crush! just love it :)

A 3D shoe laser cut from Imagine if covered with the same collection of papers.

 I Have used Glitter on the heel to give some Glam! Pearl and bling embellishments to define the areas.

 Tim Holtz Black Soot DiStress inks for the edges and added a feather flower to finish.

I have also added a Imagine if sentiment

I had so much fun creating the first I just had to do another.

 

I have used paper and die cuts from a friend to create.

 

The papers and dies were all mod podged so I could get them to roll and stress for the dimension.

 

Much fun was had creating the pearl bead sprays (which I have become very addicted to making)

 

The flower and butterfly I used a brad to fix them together, and used my hot glue gun to add all the embellishments to create the CD 

 

I added a ribbon at the top for hanging when I glued down the papers front and back.

 

Finally thanks to a dear friend I am also very "into" adding stickles for the sparkles.

 

 



Mini Mini Album

This little cutie is 3 1/2" by 4 1/2"

 

I used old reading book pages to make the mini pages for this album.

And was able to put to use a selection of designer paper scraps

to cover inside and out.

I crochet so made the flower on the cover along with adding other little bits through out the mini mini album.

 

Such fun creating this wee mini album
